from falling down when you just managed to stand up,
when the bullies punch and kick you in the face.
And your ethereal friends
occupy a different space.
The religious, the ridiculous,
preach you deserve the wrath,
that violence is the sacred path.
Pathology with no apology!
Parents bring you up as worthless,
and teachers do the same.
Since you were small you feel lame.
So you learn how to bend the spine,
and though thinking of the divine,
you are deprived of dreams and desires.

our child, don’t want you to breathe the pain
when you choke on a deadly gas and neither East nor West cares,
watching you drown in the Mediterranean Sea.
The continents are flooded
with acidic hate.
Is this the Almighty's wish

Bombs tear apart paralyzed humans
in their apartments.
Backward savages
torture innocent people,
rape children and women...
so they learn how to bend the spine,

they are deprived of basic human rights.

Life on earth is full-time drudgery and suffering
that neither leaders nor seers can ever explain.
Voices of compassion,
tyrants preventively punish.
If we give up resistance,

Realizing we’re divine,
we defend human rights,
reach dreams and desires!
